Website guarantees a 15 minute start time, I've waited nearly 3 hours just for it to begin. The support chat is automated response so it is no help. I also can't seem to get a reply from their discord either. I try to go back to support chat till they give an actual representative and instead of helping they literally just gave rude sarcastic responses. Extremely disappointing service.
