I paid a service of 50 euros, they promised me that it would take a maximum of 3-4 days, since it took about 2 weeks, the coordinators, some with incredible treatment and others with really terrible and unprofessional treatment. The difference between what I asked for in my order and what they gave me is abysmal. Even a coordinator wanted to change the guy who was working on my account because he was incompetent, but it felt bad to me and I told him to give him another chance, my fault... incompetent and unprofessional people do not deserve two chances. They take a long time, badly, and the only solution is a 10% discount on the next purchase. I feel cheated, robbed, they have laughed at me.
