Normally, I've been satisfied with their services, but this time I was tremendously let down. During the first run, I received no items at all, prompting me to request a free second run. During the second run, while I did receive 4 items, I was then offered another item that I didn't need. Upon declining, I was still marked as "completed," despite the fact that the offered item held no value for me. It felt like Kingboost was attempting to manipulate me by forcing unnecessary items on me just to claim their job was done. I don't mind paying for gear upgrades, but being compelled to accept unwanted items just so Kingboost can claim their task is completed is unacceptable. It should be about supporting players, not burdening them with useless inventory. Overall, this was a disappointing experience, and I'll certainly reconsider using Kingboost's services in the future.
