I talked to agent before purchase. I was sent a link to make purchase. I did. I was told that service would start in 1-3 hours. 12 hrs later nothing 24 hrs later still nothing but excuses. So I requested refund. I was then contacted by a senior manager 48 hrs later apologizing for this and was asked to give them another chance after waiting another 8hrs and given excuses. A employee messed up and stated that at the price the service is ot will be too hard to find a pro to complete it. There it is. So they give you the price scam you in then tell you they can't get it done cause price it was sold at is not enough. They then try to make you feel like the bad person because your going to write a review so others don't get scammed. My order # was 376117. Please everyone beware of them trying to scam you like they did to me. In an update I went to there site asked in chat for same service and was offered same service at same price I paid. So they are still trying to scam people not fix issue.
