First of all thank you for finally following up on my parcel, I was quite disappointed with exchange of emails.....all worked out in the end so thank you once again.
I do think you should have a human contact for things that need clarity, honestly a chat bot does not work if you are dealing with human beings who actually want to make a difference.
The products that are supplied by Koh are quite okay, but it would be great if Koh products were made in Australia👍
