We have purchased three sets of the 3 pack of bracelets ( 2-3mm 1-4mm).. 1 small and 2 large.
The small was too tight on my wrist and the large, although I love them are a tad too loose.
I bought the large size for my daughter as a gift because she loved mine and it fit her wrist better.
I wear them all the time and also while doing Aqua aerobics and they haven’t lost their color or shine.
