Not the best experience on this occasion. I wanted to exchange one item and return another but despite 2 emails and waiting over a week for a response, I didn’t get one. I have always had a reply in the past, and rely on this to authorise returns. So I have returned both items today for a refund, won’t bother to try to get an exchange now. Not the level of service I expect from this company, disappointing.
