The rug came with a slight fault in the backing and I contacted the company about it. They replied promptly, collected the rug and got a new one shipped out to me all within the space of 3 days. While it was annoying I received a damged rug initially, I understan these things happen and they did a great job to resolve this. Fantastic customer service.
