David helped us navigate through the selection of a donor management system for a multi-jurisdictional not-for-profit. After a bumpy start, David quickly helped us evaluate options, challenged our expectations and worked with potential suppliers well to give us the necessary information in good time for us to move forward and make a decision. While ensuring we as an executive team took the decision his guidance and analysis was excellent and he presented the right balance between overview and detail. David was respected by the team and certainly added value to what was a challenging process for us. We are now well into implementation.
