Our company was looking to upgrade/enhance many areas of our IT procedures, systems and infrastructure. When we contacted B&A, the difference in approach was tangible, and they spent a lot of time at the outset gathering information from our company, and fully understanding our requirements and the direction of travel we wanted to achieve. Tim and David from B&A were instrumental in getting the wheels turning at the beginning, and more recently, David has been our 'go-to' person to help us move our define our IT strategy and start to move it forward. Although it is still very early-days in our journey, David has been very supportive and approachable, and his commitment to providing us with sensible solutions to our needs has been exemplary.
