Went to see a caravan advertised. Saw a better/ newer caravan on arrival. Met Sam who was great. We were unable to purchase the caravan until our house sale completed the following week. Sam kindly held onto the caravan and offered to deliver it to the campsite for us. On completion day our times slipped slightly so Sam delivered the caravan to site, liaising with the site manager, set it all up for us and put the heat on. Absolutely fantastic! Sam was great, he went above and beyond, great communication. Sam even did a video for us to explain how everything worked. Amazing- would definitely use Sam again for caravans and would definitely recommend this company. Thanks Sam!
