We ordered bunk beds for the grandkids and went for the free delivery option as we had plenty time however the company that was delivering these after 6/7 days told me that there was a problem and one of the packages was damaged and they were going to send all back to Little folks ?? Long story short I contacted little folks (Laura) and they were very helpful I did however pay £30 delivery and these were delivered promptly without any damage. As for the bunk beds well worth the wait very good construction and sturdy really good purchase would definitely recommend.
