As a repeat customer, the goods I ordered are exactly what I expected. I am pleased with the products, and that is why I am a repeat customer and have rated you a 'very good'. However the delivery was late this time. I ordered the goods on 8th February with a 3 to 5 working day delivery slot and they arrived this morning some 9 days after. I had to chase up the delivery company and there was no 'missed delivery' note from them. When I called the delivery company on Saturday to enquire about my goods, they said they would deliver today which is exactly what they have done so all is well. Perhaps a gentle reminder to them to please leave a 'missed delivery' card, would be the way forward.
