I recently booked my car in with London Engines as the engine decided to not start… After calling around to a couple of garages in the area and not receiving the bear of customer service I came across Sarah at London Engines. She provided me with such relief as my frustrations were growing throughout the day, she explained what could be the cause of the problem and asked me if I can get the car to her. I explained the car cannot be driven therefore she kindly organised a recovery of my vehicle and provided updates all the way. They have since done an amazing job and kept me updated and any questions I had were answered very promptly with a reassuring friendly voice. Overall great service, I would definitely recommend and if you get the change to speak with Sarah, even better!
