I ordered a picture and message mug for Father's day. The mug came just in time for Father's day but my message I requested and paid for was not on the mug.
Contacted customer service she said they would make another and get it shipped as soon as possible. Which is nice, now I am trying to find a local business to engrave before Sunday.
