This was a good experience from the quote through to the finished floors, they sanded and sealed parquet floors downstairs that had not had much done to them for many years, fixed holes from radiator pipes and replaced cork which had fallen apart. Upstairs they repaired, sanded and sealed the wooden floors as well as the treads of the stairs.
The only thing that they could add is perhaps following up after the work; this could be to check on satisfaction but also to offer floor care advice and maintenance going forward.
