THE communication could have been a little bit better as I had to get in touch to find out when it was being shipped to my location as I paid for it and Iit wasn't shipped until over a week later but I will say that they responded to my email quickly and was shipped to me In l ess than 2 days from confirmation of shipping. Arrived safe and sound after being really well protected for the journey would definitely use this company again if I required another fram like the one I purchased.
