Overall a great field watch for daily wear.
My two complaints:
1 - The watch band is very small/not long enough. I don't have big wrists and the buckle is on the 2nd to last notch.
2 - The rubber watch band is incredibly stiff. Over time is might conform to your wrist but some tips or making it softer would be an improvement.
My only other recommendation would be to incorporate the illumination onto the seconds hand for future models.
