We went to the Vibe shop to collect our wristbands and met LJ. She was so helpful in explaining which events will be on each day while we’re here to make the most of the ultimate package. We also booked on the boat cruise for the Sunday then realised we wanted to change it so went back to see her and she got it changed for us no problem. It has also been super helpful to be able to message her on Insta with any questions and she was always quick to reply!!
