I spent a few days peeking at an item that caught my eye in the sale - a Song Loveseat, in Topaz. Then one day the sale was over!!! I phoned immediately and was very quickly assured I could still buy a remaining item at the sale price. Phew! Delivery was prompt (2-3 weeks after purchase as the item was already in stock) and I was kept informed beforehand. The delivery men were efficient, friendly and charming; my chair was installed and the linen steamed to smooth any creases. My new chair is beautiful, the colour is deep and rich, the fabric is of fantastic quality, and it's SO comfy. It's surprisingly roomy too despite a neat footprint, lovely to sprawl on when just me and easily holds me and my partner when we want to watch telly. Not cheap, even at sale price, but then it is a very classy piece of furniture.
