Very pleased with the quality of DK and aran with wool, 4ply and Hermitage. Unfortunately my last purchase, the new merino was disappointing. I knitted a lace shawl and struggled to keep tension as I found the yarn very slippery and stretchy. Refund was received 48 hours after returning so as always excellent customer service
