The products are amazing. Give yourself plenty of time for delivery as the transport and logistics side is dreadful. Customer service are very helpful but rely on the transport side who are not great and let down the whole company. They definitely need a back up plan for failed deliveries as this delayed us by a whole week as the truck broke down with our product onboard. They had to reissue it from Ipswich rather than cross-load and deliver our original product which was 3 miles away on a broken truck. Logistics nightmare!
