I have used MBM for over a year when I transferred one of my properties over from another Derby letting agent. To say they provide a better all round service would be an understatement. If anything needs attending to I get a phone call from them and then they send a contractor round to fix the problem and send me a bill afterwards. No added costs from them - unlike the other letting agencies and happy tenants and smooth running of service.That's what I call a fully managed service!
