I found MemoryCherish when I did an internet search for restoring photographs. My mother-in-law passed away last September and I wanted to find a good photo of her that was taken around the same time as the one I had done and framed when my father-in-law passed away. We plan to hang them together. The feedback from MemoryCherish was immediate and timely including how best to send the photo I wanted to restore. There were several follow-ups telling me about their process and company. The first images got rid of all of the imperfections and aged coloring bringing the skin tone back to more natural tone rather than the orange it had become. When I asked for more color in the water to reflect that it was the Caribbean, they not only added more blue to the water but also more vibrance to the woodwork of the ship where the photograph was taken. I am thrilled with the result and the whole process took less than a week with plenty of communication along the way to let me know where it was in process. I can't wait to see my prints when they arrive but the jpg's they sent for me to review were wonderful.
