I've used MemoryCherish for 3 photos with excellent results. I highly recommend them for restoring old photos, particularly if they are faded, blurry or have a lot of tears or crinkles. They were also very nice when I asked them to revise the photo to center the subject (which required adding detail on the left that wasn't in the original photo). I uploaded the first draft before and after so you can see the difference.
