They were very helpful on the telephone and arranged to obtain the correct tyre and send someone out later the same day, within a given time slot. Repair man kept in touch to let us know he had been delayed in London traffic and, when he arrived, was helpful and efficient in completing the tyre change. We would definitely use this company again.
