Amazing customer service. I wrote to the company explaining that I wasn’t 100% satisfied with my Mooncup size B as I had some pain on removal. They immediately sent me a beginner size B which should be much gentler due to the softer silicone. I’m so excited to use it, and couldn’t be happier with the customer service I received.
