Booked an MOT online, then tried to cancel the next morning, no offer of a refund, with the reasoning being that they would be unable to re book the slot, I found this hard to believe as they were almost 100% booked for that week and the slot that i had booked was the last one available.
I was told i could change the booking to another day which i requested for next year however was told the diary only went as far ahead as july.
I was told that they would pass on my complaint to head office to review however i have had no contact.
updated 21/04 - following my above raised issue I did have a call from the customer services team who have refunded my mot charge, I am very happy with how this has been resolved and would not hesitate in using mr clutch again.
