WhenI arrived to have my MOT the person who carries them out was not there. They had to phone him to come in and do it. My appointment was at 10.45 and I arrived 10 minutes early as requested on the website. I eventually got back to work at 12.00. However, the staff were very good and the person that eventually did the MOT was very kind and helpful.
