I bought this as a present for my son.
The customer service was first class, ordered at 1.30pm, delivered 12pm following day.
One point for future reference. I had the leatherman engraved, unfortunately the pocket clip I ordered as an accessory covers up the enqraved name. Perhaps consideration should be given to engraving on the opposite handle.
