Right from the start we weren't happy with the service we received. We were strung along for months with an offer we had put in on a house which they knew wouldn't be accepted but told us we had a good chance. We put our house up for sale with them but had to submit our own photos and edit the description as it was very poor. We were told their 'fixed' price to sell our house, which included vat, but then tried to charge us vat on top of that again when we sold the house! So overall, Mulu you're going to have a lot of unhappy customers if we're anything to go by!!
