When we were first visited by the Mulu representative he told us that the charge for Mulu services would be £1,000.00 fixed price. Taking him at his word l signed the paper he placed in front of me, we now have an invoice for 1% of the sale price. My fault yes, how silly of me to take him at his word and believe him. Incidentally we have now sold without their help, we have not heard from them in over two months despite their assurances that they would keep in constant contact
