It would be great if the staff can inform buyers if part of their orders are out of stock and holding up the order. Especially if customers are paying delivery fees for same day despatch. However their sales team answer emails very promptly. Just need to be more proactive than reactive. Or they can update the website to not let you check-out items in the basket that are out of stock. When items are despatched they do arrive very quickly and well packaged.
