We place a lot of value on the reviews of companies that we make major purchases from and so we were happy to see Neograss have a good rating. Good company to deal with overall. Just one wee niggle; our delivery was about two weeks later than the timescales suggested on the website. This wasn't a major problem for us (we were installing the grass ourselves) but customers booking installation contractors on the back of advertised delivery windows might be a bit annoyed. If delivery is going to be delayed, best to get out in front of that issue and let the customer know ASAP. That is the difference between good customer service and excellent customer service. Would still recommend Neograss to friends and family.
