From start to finish a wonderfully professional experience. From the planning and survey stage to completion, everything went to plan and was organised beautifully. Once the surveyor had been completed, a few days later plans for my completed design arrived. For me it was wonderful not having to chase for anything; Neville Johnson made sure everything went to plan. The fitting by Gary was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble . It was lovely to have someone in the house completing work who was professional and sociable and the workmanship is fantastic .
