Poor service. Ordered a fleece 23/3, advised despatched 26/3 (delivery stated as 3-7 working days). The tracking link continued to state 'tracking not available' but I waited a while in view of Easter in case it was held up and then emailed to chase 8/4 as the item had not arrived. I have not had any sort of reply from customer services. I was about to phone and chase but tried the tracking link again on 10/4 and it then showed the item had just been received by the carrier - it finally arrived 12/4. My conclusion is that it was never sent and it was then actioned following my email; I do understand that mistakes can happen but in the absence or any explanation or apology I won't be using Nevisport again.
