I’ve been waiting 3 plus weeks now for a support call back. My support manager had an “ emergency” and said he has to postpone my on-boarding process. Since then. Nothing. No contact. No return calls Nothing. A customer support team person emailed me and said she’d have a senior account manager contact me me. Again. 1 weeks later and ago. Nothing. My open account is in limbo with me just sitting here not knowing where to go from here. I’m this close to calling Global news about this scam. L vandermeulen
