My purchase involved a Gozney oven and a number of accessories. Some of the items were out of stock which meant my delivery would've been split (which I didn't want) so, I emailed directly and they waited until the order came together (only a week). They gave me a generous discount on account of the spend. Delivery arrived on the day promised, helpful driver assisted with carrying the heavier items into my house. All good. One of the accessories was from an older model which I hadn't expected. Not a big issue and nothing to do with NorthXSouth as such but I asked if they could update it and they did, without question or charge, even though I suppose they didn't really have to. Top marks to the team at NxS. No customs hassles or charges getting a UK product delivered to the republic.
