My husband loves Nursem for his very chapped hands and we have bought many a product. We only buy the tubes now as we find the pump dispenser will obviously only pump as far down as the inner tube goes. You are then left with an inch or so of cream that is unobtainable. So, we have had to cut the container open with a fret saw and we are then able to use all the cream. I can then use the empty containers as bird food scoops so they are not wasted!
