I have, sorry had, very cracked, split and sore hands for a few months, the splits were so deep sometimes I could barely pick things up. I’ve been using Nursem for 2 weeks and they are almost soft again, no cracks, splits or soreness. I have cream at home and at work so I can make sure they are as good as they can be. Always apply the night cream at bedtime. Love this product.
