Ich habe am 3.1. eine Bestellung aufgegeben. Die Ware kam erst 14 Tage später an. Habe mehrere Mails geschrieben - keine Reaktion. Anrufe waren auch nicht möglich, ständiges Besetztzeichen. Mit der letzten Mail wollte ich von meinem Widerspruchsrecht Gebrauch machen - auch hier keine Reaktion, außer, dass dann endlich die Ware verschickt wurde. Kundenbetreuung sieht anders aus. Ich bestelle zukünftig meine Ware woanders.
