I fairly regularly order the cacao powder and chia seeds. They are great products and I use them to make my breakfast. So why 4 stars? Well, I order the 2x500g bags of each as I have a small kitchen with limited storage space, so yes having the bigger 1kg bag would make sense and I have ordered a kg bag before, but I simply do not have the room to put the 1kg bags in my cupboard. I have to store the other 500g bags in the bedroom before I use them. However whoever packed my order this time decided rather than sending the 2 x 500g bags as requested, they would send a 1kg bag of each which is kinda annoying as I've had to decant some seeds/powder in to the old bags so they fit in the kitchen. I understand that whoever was packing my order may have thought I want a kg of each item in total so that's what I'll give. However I wouldn't have requested 2 x 500g bags for no reason. Please be mindful of this in future, there may be a good reason for the request.
