The process of dealing with Oasis was pleasant and easy from start to finish. We knew Coral from previous visits to Oasis for chemicals and cartridges for our old Spa, so when it was time to replace it, we went directly to her. We purchased our Spa during the early stages of the Pandemic - the shop was open by appointment only and they made a conscious effort to be Covid safe without denying us the ability to look at the options available, which was great. While we waited for our Spa to be delivered, Coral kept us updated with progress and put us in touch with Dan who carried out the site visit, installation and any maintenance work down the line.
