Straight forward process and completed with little fuss.
I was disappointed about two things...
1. The percentage which you took as a fee wasn't particularly advertised beforehand, perhaps an oversight on my behalf not to check.
2. My application for PE Kit wasn't accepted. I think it is quite unreasonable to expect itemised details of kit which was bought 3 years ago. I know for a fact I have spent a lot more than the £50 per year which I claimed for so was surprised that this wasn't considered.
