Awful company. I put in a claim for a uniform tax rebate of £60 on the 07/04/19. I never heard anything back. I then subbmitted a flat rate tax rebate through my personal online tax account in jan 2021 and managed to get some money back from HRMC only to find that the money had gone to online tax rebate LTD who then took £220 off my refund from HRMC. I did all of the work and then have robbed me of £220. They were not interested in my emails and basically said tough luck. Please please keep well clear.
