If I could give no stars I would! Made an enquiry which apparently gives them authority to take my tax refunds for the past 5 years! Spoke to HMRC who said they have a legal document I have signed to authorise this!!! I have signed nothing but yet they've sent them my cheque for £128 to which I barely received nothing. I did the application for the refund myself online through government gateway but apparently that means nothing. Mortified, needed the money desperately!
