I was very happy with the choice of lighting available on the website and with the communication regarding dispatch of my order and delivery time slot. However....my order didn't arrive and tracking next day showed it had been returned to the Yodel depot. This is likely to be because the courier couldn't find our address. A simple phone call would have enabled the driver to have instructions on how to find our house. Why is this not the default? I have arranged for the order to be delivered to another address. The fault lies with the courier and not Online Lighting.
