Excellent customer service. I put in an order as a valentines day gift and I received an email explaining that my canvas quality would be poor if I was to proceed with the photo I had provided. They coud have easily made the product and sent it without notice but I thought it was really nice of them to contact me before hand. I was contacted by a gentleman named Geraint who kept in contact with me till the problem was resolved and was very helpful and well mannered. Delivery is due tomorrow but I am certain I won't be disappointed
