Loved my last order of Jerky from Original Beef Chief but this order of different packs I received for Xmas was a little disappointing so only giving 4 stars. There were too many tough gristly sinew bits that I had to throw as they were just muscle and couldn’t be chewed, it’s to be expected to have a few bits like that but there was quite a few in the various packs and one piece was really big as seen in the pic.
