I ordered a glass balustrade. Origin were recommended to me and I used the on-line system to come up with an approximate design. I talked to Nicole, who is very knowledgeable, and between us we came up with the final design. It was refreshing to call a company and have a person answer the phone! Ordering and payment was simple. Confirmation of my order arrived shortly afterwards. Nicole provided detailed guidance about delivery. The metalwork arrived on time, but the lorry bringing the glass was delayed as the lorry broke down, however, the driver kept me informed and let me know the revised delivery time for the following day. Everything ordered turned up in perfect condition and the balustrade is now installed. The customer care was excellent!
